Customers always have a 14-day return period for orders placed by phone or online. The right to withdrawal period begins when you receive your item. For you to exercise the right of withdrawal, you need to be able to demonstrate that you have changed your mind within this timeframe and notified Oslo-Oslo accordingly. If you change your mind, you can contact us by phone or email.

If you change your mind and return the item, you only have to pay for the cost of the return if you return it by post and for any loss of value the item has suffered. Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the items have been returned or from the date on which you show us that you have returned the items.
