A beautiful modernist pewter vase designed by the prominent Swedish designer Folke Arström (1907–1997) for GAB (Guldsmedsaktiebolaget) in Stockholm.
This elegant piece perfectly captures the transition between late Art Deco and early Functionalism (Funkis) that defined Scandinavian design in the early 1930s. It features a distinct bulbous body balanced by two geometric handles and a ribbed, textured neck.
